First job was a basement lighting plan and install — they did such a great job we finally don’t need a flashlight to see on the unfinished side anymore. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Second job was electrical work for a bathroom renovation. We were on a tight timeline and they really came through. They called when a job finished up early and were able to fit us in the same day — everything was done within four hours! Matt and Ken did a great job with this multi-step project. It wasn't just about the electrical work! They had to do landscaping, stabilize the lamp post and set up an exterior outlet with a waterproof pole. So much to do and they did it all as scheduled, cleaning up nicely after both days of work. What a difference they have made. Everyone was helpful and kind, from the office, to the installers. We recently had a whole house generator and surge protector installed at our home by Villers. After having a four day power outage last August, wherein our sump pump couldn't run resulting in a flooded basement, we had to look into options to avoid a repeat of that. It was a big decision that we needed time to think over but from our very first call to Villers, it was a smooth process. Neil thoroughly explained everything to us. The fellas that came out to do the install were on time and did a great job. Neil was able to come back out when the propane tank and hookup took place and when everything was connected, he went over all of it. All through the process, Becky in the office at Villers kept us in the loop every step of the way. Any questions we had, she took care to get answered right away. We've just reached out to them again for a couple of smaller electrical projects we would like done. They did an excellent job! I talked with Neil to get the quote. He was very professional and gave me an excellent price. We've had our whole house generator about a month now. There was a power outage last Saturday for about 4 hours, but not at our house. It was such a great feeling when the generator came on. We were cool and comfortable, didn't have to worry about food in our freezer. We even ran an extension cord from the generator to our neighbors home so they could plug in their refrigerator, and had them over so they could stay cool and comfortable as well. The guys from Villers did an amazing job. They were punctual, professional and a pleasure to have at our home. We worked with Neil Yost who came to our home to give us our estimate, and explain the process. Neil also came back after the installation was complete to turn the generator on and to explain everything we need to know. The generator automatically turns on when electricity is lost.
